Who are we

Our school is a one-form entry Church of England primary school on the outskirts of Ashton-under-Lyne. Our everyday life is based on Christian values making us a welcoming, caring and considerate community for all children and their families. We pride ourselves on the positive comments made by visitors on how welcome we make them feel. We encourage the celebration of achievements, big and small, to motivate and inspire young minds. At our school we believe that education is a partnership between school, parents and the community. We work hard to make sure that this partnership is a close one, for the benefit of all our children. Our overall aim is that the children learn to the best of their ability, enjoy learning and feel happy and secure at the same time. We look forward to welcoming you and your child to our school.

Cultural Education Challenge Commitment

Our school is taking on the Cultural Education Challenge. This means that our learning journey takes us to places where we can create, compose, perform, visit, experience, participate, know, understand and review great art and culture. Along the way, we meet inspiring artists and cultural experts that help us explore our own and others’ inventiveness. Together we inspire each other to be creative, courageous and curious.
