Who we are

MAPAS offer opportunities in the Performing Arts for all. We work closely with schools, as well as offering music lessons and group opportunities in an extra-curricular setting through our Arts Centre. Our close links with the Greater Manchester Music Education Hub allow us to offer even more exciting opportunities to the young people of Salford.

What we do

We offer small group and full class instrumental lessons and curriculum lessons in schools, one to one instrumental lessons outside of schools, a range of band, orchestra, choir and theatre group opportunities in the evenings and performances throughout the year. We also arrange holiday activities such as summer schools, and offer support and advice for schools to build the confidence of teachers, helping them to deliver exciting and inspirational music lessons to their pupils.
