Drum and Brass is a social enterprise which uses music and poetry to unite and energise communities

What we do

We want people we work with to find their musical voices and unlock their inner rhythm. Melody Makers is a weekly community band in Tebay led by D+B director Julie Hoggarth. It's a creative music-making and learning group which is sharing music-making techniques with people of all ages and backgrounds. We also offer exciting one-off creative music-making workshops for community groups across Cumbria.
