Who we are

musichub is an exciting partnership between Blackburn with Darwen Music Services and regional and national partner organisations. It has been created out of the National Plan for Music and is led by Blackburn with Darwen Music and Arts Service. Our vision is that everyone involved in music education in the borough will work together to provide the framework and focus needed to deliver a universal music education to all young people where they can take an active part in high quality music making.
