Alex is a new trainee superhero at the Reach Out Academy who is determined to discover their inner power. But Insidious, a third year at the Academy, has other ideas and is determined to turn Alex to the evil side. Alex can't handle Insidious’ bullying ways alone and turns to the audience to find out whether it’s true that there is safety in numbers..?

"Reach Out" is an interactive 50-minute play involving Forum Theatre. This is where the children’s own ideas and suggestions help to shape the events and decisions made within the story. Children will be chosen to give ideas throughout the play, with characters responding to the suggestions given in order to resolve the story to help to create a happy ending for Alex. The performance requires a performance space of 3m x 2m and one plug socket please.
